Our Story

Herbs & Spices began with a simple question from a mother:

"If I don't trust what's on my family's plate, why should I serve it?"

As we looked deeper into the spices available in the market, we discovered that freshness, aroma and purity were often compromised. Too many products had lost the taste and character of real spices. That inspired us to travel directly to trusted farmers—from the cardamom hills of Idukki to the saffron valleys of Kashmir—to bring home spices that are naturally grown, freshly packed and full of authentic flavour.
